you call me out to interview for the job of selling your house, I will
offer CHOICES in what I call my FREE-FLEXIBLE commission plan. You are
FREE to choose from my FLEXIBLE menu of services. My commissions range
from a low of 2% for seller service, to a high of 6% for a truly amazing
comprehensive plan that actually puts more money in your pocket. All I
ask is that you REALLY think it through before you make the call. And
then, after I explain the plans, you are the boss. You make the call!
Gold Service 5%
The Gold plan includes yard sign, information sheets, legal forms, complete
representation, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), internet marketing via
web sites such as realestategeorgetown.com, ReMax.ca, MLS.ca, Realtor.com,
AngieCormpilas.com. Print marketing via twice weekly ad in the Georgetown
Independent, (advertised until sold). This 5% covers both sides of the
transaction (buying & selliing) and includes a commission to be paid
to the buyer's agent.
Platinum Service 6%
The Platinum plan includes yard sign, information sheets, legal forms,

AngieCormpilas.com. Print marketing via twice weekly ad in the Georgetown

transaction (buying & selliing) and includes a commission to be paid
to the buyer's agent. In addition to the benefits offered in the Gold
plan, this premium plan also offers extras such as relocation referrals,
open house at first showing, advertising outside of Georgetown and/or
guaranteed sale program.
Bronze Service 2%
This plan provides Customer Service to Sellers who have found their own
Buyer, but want professional help with the details of getting the transaction
closed. You will receive professional help with documents and process
management. This is a consulting plan, without Representation. I help
you with documents, supervise paperwork, appraisal, inspection & closing
process after the accepted offer for a successful Close.
